Tia Rochelle, Queen Mother of 5, and Founder and CEO at JahniSpot Concierge is a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented professional with twenty years of corporate business expertise. Her life’s mission is to encourage, empower and inspire others, regardless of where they come from to reach for the stars, live their best life and operate at their highest God-given potential.

Tia’s professional experience includes partnering with senior level executives in all aspects of business management: organizational strategy and development; strategic communications; program and event management; as well as training and development. She has lent her expertise with Fortune Five Hundred powerhouses such as General Electric, the Procter & Gamble Company, among others where she has served as a relationship manager, problem solver, analytical and strategic thinker, and team builder. Throughout her career she has a proven and distinguished track record of successful management of worldwide, best-in-class executive meetings, execution of corporate events and partnering with globally diverse teams.

Tia is the ultimate relationship ambassador, dedicating her work and free time to creating and cultivating valuable professional and personal relationships encouraging those around her to live their best lives in order to operate at their full potential. She is a resourceful thinker, problem solver, and oftentimes is the go-to person professionally, within her family, and personal circle of influence.

Tia has a spirit for serving others, especially wives and mothers. In her spare time, she is often called upon to speak on achieving work-life harmony with her engaging personality, excellent communication skills, and public speaking abilities. She has a passion for traveling the world, developing cultural understanding, and creating memorable event experiences.

Her board affiliations include Chair of Cincinnati Public Schools Local Decision-Making Committee for Withrow University High School (2019 – current) and previously at Hartwell Elementary School (2018 – 2019 school year). Executive Board Member of Ellevate Network (2020 – 2022). She was also the President of the Falcon Youth Athletics football and cheerleading program from 2014 through 2016.

Tia hails from the Bond Hill area of Cincinnati. She is a world traveler having worked and lived for weeks at a time in Paris, France; Dubai, UAE; Florence, Italy; and Canada. She enjoys cooking, dancing, global travel, reading, journaling, and planning lavish meaningful event experiences. She and her husband of 21 years reside with their children in the Carthage neighborhood of Cincinnati.

Melinda Goetz, Partner and Chief People Officer, is a seasoned professional in human resources who transforms organizations with her unique blend of skills and experience.

Melinda’s qualifications include a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland, Global Campus, a Bachelor of Music Education from Baldwin-Wallace University, and valuable knowledge and skills gained through completing a paralegal certificate from George Mason University. Each contributes to the ways Melinda offers a unique and comprehensive perspective in the world of HR.

With more than two decades of professional experience spanning healthcare, retail, utility, and financial services, Melinda also spent five years as a paralegal and working in law firms, gaining understanding of legal intricacies that complement her HR expertise. This diverse background allows her to provide a well-balanced approach to employee relations and compliance, ensuring organizations not only adhere to legal standards but also create an inclusive and productive environment.

Melinda takes pride in assisting organizations in making significant progress in improving organizational culture, leadership dynamics, and employee interactions. By blending best practices from diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with her legal acumen, she empowers companies to navigate complex HR challenges and drive positive change.

When Melinda’s not busy shaping organizations into thriving, inclusive communities, she cherishes the time spent with her loving husband, three wonderful daughters, and their adorable Havanese dog. Monica E. Hardman, Partner and Chief Development Officer, is a passionate relationship manager who has over twenty years experience in garnishing key collaborations, partnerships, and strategic planning efforts. Monica takes pride in utilizing her network to create innovative solutions; driving unmatched development, planning and execution of corporate events; and delivering upon exclusive signature concierge events for Jahnispot. Monica received her BS in Sociology from Miami University and her Master of Community Planning from University of Cincinnati.

In her spare time, Monica enjoys baking and gardening; lounging on the beach; and participating in watersports.
