JahniSpot™ Concierge is a minority women-owned business enterprise providing corporate concierge and lifestyle management services to organizations around the world. Our team is dedicated to developing and nurturing lifelong relationships and providing excellence in service, with a spirit of trust, dependability and integrity. We are committed to providing the gift of time and peace of mind “Jahni-on-the-Spot” every time!

Our Story

Busy parents, busy executives, busy entrepreneurs… JahniSpot™  Concierge is here for you! We are committed to providing the gift of time and peace of mind Jahni-on-the-Spot every time!  Tia Rochelle, our Founder and CEO, is a wife of 17+ years, and a mom of 4 children. She serves in her community as a parent volunteer, team-mom and mentor within Cincinnati Public Schools. She worked in corporate America for 10+ years, all while trying tirelessly to balance her personal, professional and social life, manage a household and tried to be her personal best that she could be. Over the years, she heard almost every speech, talk, message, strategy on work-life balance, but never seemed to achieve it personally. This is why she created JahniSpot™ Concierge… for people like her.

Tia Rochelle - JahniSpot Founder and CEO

Tia L Rochelle is a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented professional with more than ten years of Corporate business expertise. Her life’s mission is to encourage, empower and inspire others, regardless of where they come from to reach for the stars, live their best life and operate at their highest God-given potential.

Tia’s professional experience includes partnering with senior level executives in all aspects of business management: organizational strategy and development; strategic communications; program and event management; as well as training and development. She has lent her expertise with Fortune 500 powerhouses such as General Electric, the Procter & Gamble Company, among others where she has served as a relationship manager, problem solver, analytical and strategic thinker, and team builder.

Throughout her career she has a proven and distinguished track record of successful management of worldwide, best-in-class executive meetings, execution of corporate events, and partnering with globally diverse teams. Tia is the ultimate relationship ambassador, dedicating her work and free time to creating and cultivating valuable professional and personal relationships encouraging those around her to live their best lives in order to operate at their full potential. She is a resourceful thinker, problem solver, and oftentimes is the go-to person professionally, within her family, and personal circle of influence. Tia has a spirit for serving others, especially wives and mothers.

In her spare time, she is often called upon to speak on achieving work-life balance with her engaging personality, excellent communication skills, and public speaking abilities. She has a passion for traveling the world, developing cultural understanding, and creating memorable event experiences. She has combined her love for international travel and tourism, hospitality, multicultural education and experiences, and community building as a new member of the “Hello Cincy Ambassadors” with the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.

Her board affiliations include Chair of Cincinnati Public Schools Local Decision-Making Committee for Withrow University High School (2019 – 2020) and previously at Hartwell Elementary School (2018 – 2019 school year). She was also the President of the Falcon Youth Athletics football and cheerleading program from 2014 through 2016.

Tia hails from the Bond Hill area of Cincinnati. She is a world traveler having worked and lived for weeks at a time in Paris, France; Dubai, UAE; Florence, Italy; and Canada. She enjoys cooking, dancing, global travel, reading, journaling, corporate worship and planning lavish meaningful event experiences. She and her husband of 17 years reside with their four children in the Carthage neighborhood of Cincinnati.

Sheila Simmons

Sheila Simmons is a Vice President and Wealth Management Advisor for Fifth Third Private Bank. With over 15 years of experience, Sheila provides wealth management solutions to the individual investor, foundations, management executives, multi-generational families, and business owners.

Prior to joining Fifth Third Bank, Sheila worked for JP Morgan’s Asset Management Group, Fidelity Investments, and Huntington Bank. She is a Registered General Securities Representative, holding both her Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, life insurance license, and is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor for privately held business owners.

Sheila received her Bachelor’s at the University of Cincinnati and is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University. Sheila serves on various boards including the Family Nurture Center, Represent, and the Hamilton County Parks Foundation. Lastly, but certainly not least she is a proud mother of her one and only child Tommy (15) who drives her passion for everything she does.
